Glen House Resort, Lansdowne

My recent stay at the resort was quite pleasant overall. The location was stunning, right near the golf course and beautiful scenery. I found the staff to be incredibly accommodating, which made for a nice experience. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and a few facilities that didn't meet my expectations. While it was a lovely trip, there are areas that need improvement.

The Glen House offers a beautiful setting in the Thousand Islands region, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The clean and comfortable rooms are a definite plus, along with the fantastic pool and beach access. However, my dining experience left much to be desired, with service issues and a lack of attention to detail. While the amenities are appealing, the inconsistent service during my stay was disappointing.

I recently stayed at a quaint resort that truly has its charm. Although the place could use some updating, our experience was generally positive with highlights being the delicious food and lovely water views. However, the staff could have made more of an effort to be warm, and the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, especially in our room. Also, we found the price a bit high for what we received, considering the age of the facilities.

The rooms are generally clean but can be small and not well-equipped, and the restaurant has outstanding food. Unfortunately, the service can be hit or miss, particularly during busy meals. Additionally, the lack of adequate handicap accessibility can be quite frustrating for those needing it. Overall, the stunning location and delicious dining make it worth considering, but be prepared for some service inconsistencies.

The resort boasts a beautiful waterfront location just minutes from Gananoque, with numerous amenities such as pools, a golf course, and a restaurant. However, accessibility for those with mobility challenges is inadequate, which affected my overall experience. While the food was good, my dining experience was marred by disorganization and delays in service on a busy night.
